An easy way to make a quick, sweet dessert out of our Croccantini, with a lemon twist!

1 1/2 cup powdered (confectionery) sugar

3 Tbsp lemon juice

1 lemon, zested

1. Combine powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl and stir until smooth.  Spoon about 1/2 tsp on each Croccantini, and use the back of the spoon to gently spread, then top with lemon zest.  Let the glaze harden for about 2 hours before serving.
