A La Panzanella favorite for Thanksgiving, it’s great any time of the year.
Best of all, it’s easy to make!

1 whole lemon
1 bag cranberries
1 cup sugar

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor; pulse until mixture reaches desired consistency.
  2. If desired, shave long, thin strips of lemon zest for garnish.
  3. Serve cool.
