Roasted Provolone and Walnut Dip
5-6oz provolone cheese, sliced
Walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
Dried oregano to taste
- Preheat boiler to high.
- Put cheese in a 5″-6″ ovenproof skillet, and broil until cheese is browned and bubbling, about 9-10 minutes. Transfer hot skillet to plate, and sprinkle nuts and oregano to taste.
- Serve hot with Croccantini.
