A healthful, seasonal salad perfect for 4th of July parties.

Spinach

Blueberries

Strawberries, sliced

8oz goat cheese log, room temperature

1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/3 cup raspberry vinegar

1. In a jar, shake olive oil and raspberry vinegar well.

2. Place spinach and berries in a large bowl.

3. Crumble goat cheese into bowl.

4. Add dressing, toss, and serve.
