A delicious spring or summertime salad, combining the tangy savor of blue cheese with the sweetness of figs.

3 cups – Baby spinach leaves

¼ cup dried figs, chopped,

¼ cup Simply Artisan blue cheese, crumbled

¼ cup crumbled bacon (3-4 strips)

½ cup shredded chicken

  1. In frying pan with medium heat, place bacon in pan and cook until crispy. Let cool and break into pieces.
  2. In bowl mix all ingredients, add your favorite dressing.
