- Use a brush to spread olive oil on a full-size Rosemary Croccantini, then top with all ingredients except basil.
- Bake Pizzantini in oven at 425F until cheese begins to melt, and edges of Croccantini begin to turn golden-brown, between 2-5 minutes.
- Cut into pieces with a pizza cutter or chef’s knife, and enjoy immediately.
