A fresh, zesty Pizzantini combining the best flavors of the Mediterranean!

Extra virgin olive oil

Roasted red peppers

Kalamata olives

Banana peppers

Cherry tomatoes

Artichoke hearts

Feta cheese, crumbled

Fresh basil

 

  1. Use a brush to spread olive oil on a full-size Rosemary Croccantini, then top with all ingredients except basil.
  2. Bake Pizzantini in oven at 425F until cheese begins to melt, and edges of Croccantini begin to turn golden-brown, between 2-5 minutes.
  3. Cut into pieces with a pizza cutter or chef’s knife, and enjoy immediately.
