Fig, Blue Cheese, and Honey Dip
A creamy, easy-to-make dip that combines sweet and savory flavors.
8oz. cream cheese, softened
4.oz mascarpone, softened
2 4oz. packages of Simply Artisan blue cheese crumbles
1 1/4 cup Orchard Choice or Sun-Maid California Mission dried figs, chopped
3 Tbsp honey, plus 2 tsp for drizzling
- Preheat oven to 375. While oven is preheating, mix together cream cheese, mascarpone, and blue cheese, and stir with a spatula until creamy and combined.
- Fold in the figs and honey, and stir evenly until evenly distributed and combined. Spoon into an oven-safe bowl, and bake until warm and bubbly, about 15-20 minutes.
- Top with a few chopped figs and drizzle with honey. Serve hot.
