A quick and cheesy snack or appetizer with a spicy twist.

8oz sharp cheddar, grated

1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. pimientos

Sea salt and hot sauce to taste

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine cheddar, pickles, mayonnaise, and pimientos in a medium bowl.  Season with salt and hot sauce to taste.
  3. Spread cheese mixture on Croccantini and broil until melted, 3-4 minutes.  Serve hot.
