An easy-to-make savory dip with an eyewatering horseradish twist!

3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1/3 cup dry white wine

1/3 cup sour cream

3 Tbsp prepared horseradish, drained

1/2 tsp hot paprika, plus more for serving

Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

  1. Process cheddar, wine, horseradish, sour cream, and paprika in a food processor until smooth.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Serve cold topped with paprika, or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
