A rich, hearty appetizer for any time of year!

1/2 cup mayonnaise

3 Tbsp chives, chopped

Turkey (leftovers work great!)

Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Avocado, sliced

Coarse sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, chives, and salt and pepper together.
  2. Spread mayonnaise mixture on Croccantini, then top with bacon, turkey, and avocado.
