A bite-size version of a favorite Italian flavor pairing, perfect as an appetizer or a light lunch.

Fig spread

8 slices prosciutto

8 thin slices of Asiago cheese

8-12 arugula leaves

 

  1. Spread your fig spread onto your favorite Mini or full-size Croccantini (we recommend Original, Cracked Pepper, or Roasted Garlic).  The fig spread will help to keep the other ingredients from falling off of your crackers.
  2. Gently fold your prosciutto until it is approximately the length and width of your Croccantini, and place it on the fig spread.  Then add a slice of Asiago, and top with arugula.  Serve immediately.
