A traditional Italian favorite, smooth and savory, and easy to make.

1/2 cup prepared pesto

15 bocconcini, quartered

Coarse sea salt and freshly cracked pepper

  1. Dividing evenly, spread Croccantini with prepared pesto.  Top with bocconcini, with a dab of pesto on top.  Add sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
