This wonderful cheese dip was provided to us by Chef Andres Prüssing at the Hilton Charlotte Center City. Simple cheesy goodness!

8-oz. extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8-oz. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
8-oz. cream cheese, softened
7-oz. diced pimiento, drained
12-oz. jar roasted red bell peppers, drained
1/3 cup drained fresh jalapeño pepper small dice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  1. Blend cream cheese, mild cheddar cheese and sharp cheddar cheese
  2. Add pimiento, red peppers, and jalapeño
  3. Mix in mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce until all ingredients are blended
  4. Serve with Mini Croccantini®
