A hot, savory dip that blends the classic flavors of salty Swiss and sweet ham.

1 cup mayonnaise

1 small black Swiss cheese, shredded

1 8oz block of cream cheese, softened

1 ham steak, finely minced

2 small onions, finely minced

1/8 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Slivered almonds

 

  1. Use a mini chopper to mince onions and ham.  Soften cream cheese in a large measuring bowl, then mix all ingredients together and spread into a quiche dish.
  2. Cover with slivered almonds, and bake at 325F for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and beginning to turn golden brown.
  3. Serve immediately with your favorite Croccantini (we recommend Cracked Pepper or Roasted Garlic).
