A quick, easy-to-make dip sure to please the garlic lover in your life.

1/2 cup roasted garlic cloves

1 cup sour cream

1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt

3 Tbsp. milk

1/3 cup chopped chives, plus more for topping

Coarse sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper

  1. In a food processor, process roasted garlic until smooth.  Add sour cream, yogurt, and milk.
  2. Transfer to a medium fair, and stir in chives.  Season with salt and pepper, and top with chives before serving.  Alternatively, cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
