Creamy Salmon Spread with Horseradish
A simple spread that works as well for a weekend brunch as it does for a dinner party, this is a fresh, flavorful recipe you’ll make again and again.
8oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
2 tbsp fresh dill, choppped
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
1/4 lb smoked salmon, chopped
- Combine cream cheese, horseradish, dill, and 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper (or more to taste) in a small bowl.
- Gently fold in salmon, and serve with your favorite Croccantini (we recommend Cracked Pepper).
