
Barbecue Chicken Garlic Bites
An easy to make anytime classic!
1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed, meat shredded (about 4 cups)
1 1/2 cups (14 ounces) bottled barbecue sauce
1 garlic clove, smashed
Coarse salt and ground pepper
1. In a medium saucepan, cook chicken and barbecue sauce over medium until heated through, 6 to 8 minutes.
2. Rub Croccantini with smashed garlic, then top with a generous portion of chicken mixture. Serve immediately.
